By creating an account or placing an order on Resolute Metal's online store, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

All prices are displayed in the listed currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price at the time of checkout applies to your order.

An order is confirmed once payment is received (or, for cash on delivery, once the order is accepted). We may decline or cancel orders where stock, pricing errors, or delivery constraints make fulfilment impossible.

We accept card payments (via Stripe), PayPal, and cash on delivery for qualifying orders. Payment must be completed before dispatch except for cash-on-delivery orders.

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days within Harare and 7–14 business days for other areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and product availability.

Orders over the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout qualify for free delivery.

Unused products in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom or cut-to-size products cannot be returned.

To cancel or modify an order, contact customer service within 24 hours of placing it. Once production or dispatch has started, changes may not be possible.

We take care to describe products accurately, including specifications and images. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur between the displayed images and the delivered product.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resolute Metal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this store. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
